Taste a hand selected batch of natural wine at Cork Restaurant during Bar+Bites time! This week we will be tasting three wines from Clos du Tue-Boeuf.

Thierry Puzelat, a local leg in his region of Touraine in the Loire Valley, and has been growing organically since 1996. His daughters Zoe and Louise are now taking over the reigns of Clos du Tue-Boeuf.

The grape blends in these wines differ year to year, and that’s just how they like it — full of finesse and precision. The whites always offer a strong mineral backbone to compliment the purity of the fruit. The reds are usually slightly wilder with great, refreshing acidity.
